게임캡쳐 녹화 시 오디오 이상 문제 다시 문의드립니다.

게임캡쳐로 녹화했는데 사진에서처럼 오디오 녹화 트랙이 12개로 나오고 1번에서는 아무 소리도 안 들립니다.

오디오를 하나만 녹음하려면 어떻게 해야 할까요?

안녕하세요. 엘가토고객센터입니다.

Game Capture HD는 녹화를 시작하시고 다시 녹화 버튼을 눌러서 종료 하시면 1개의 녹화 파일만 생성 합니다.

Game Capture HD는 따로 음성 파일을 생성 하지는 않습니다.

 

4K Capture Utility는 녹화를 시작하시고 다시 녹화 버튼을 눌러서 종료 하시면 1개의 영상 녹화 파일과 1개의  녹음 파일이 생성 됩니다.

고객님과 같이 12개의 파일은 생성 하지 않습니다.

오디오만  녹음 하실수는 없습니다.

HDCP가 해제 되어 있는 영상 컨테츠만 캡쳐 가능 하십니다.

전에 문의해서 받은 답변인데 적절하지 않아서 다시 문의드립니다.

Game Capture HD에서 녹화한 결과 하나의 파일이 녹화되는 건 맞는데,

파일을 재생해 보면 소리가 나오지 않고 파일 정보에 아래와 같이 오디오가 12트랙이 뜹니다.

Audio#1 ~ Audio#12 까지 녹음된게 확인되고 Audio#1은 비어있습니다.

녹화 시 오디오를 정상 녹음하는 방법을 알려주세요.

환경을 바꿔 가면서 수 차례 테스트 해보았는데 고객님과 같이 파일을 여려개 생성 하지는 않았습니다.

Game Capture HD 는 녹화 아이콘을 클릭해서 녹화 하는 방법 외에 따로 녹화 설정이나 녹화 방법은 없습니다.

Game Capture HD를 삭제후 재 설치 해보시실 추천 드립니다
